Handmade ceramic and hardwood pieces travel well when they are packed properly. Every order leaves the workshop insured and tracked.

Production time
Most pieces are made to order in our Portuguese workshop and ship within 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive updates as your piece moves through production and dispatch.
Shipping
We offer tracked international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout. Ceramic items are packed with care, padded against impact, and clearly labelled fragile.
Returns & damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact Crafts Atlantic within 7 days where possible and include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly. Eligible returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom orders
We welcome custom finishes, sizes, and small commissions. Please write to us before ordering so we can confirm timing and pricing.
